At 1939 station "33" - Charleroi, was dispatched to Maple View for a vehicle into a house as well as a fire alarm at a commercial building in Speers. Rescue-33, Engine-3 and Car-1 responded to the accident. At that time, 33 requested Station "17" - Stockdale, to respond to the AFA in Speers as they were tied up with the vehicle accident. Squad-17 & Utility-17 arrived on scene of the AFA and investigated the commercial building. The AFA was determined to be false, and then 33 requested us to proceed into their accident in Speers for manpower.

33 crews arrived on the scene in Maple View to find 1 vehicle on its side with the driver trapped in the vehicle and structural damage to the house. At this time Chief-33 upgraded to the collapse assignment bring in Rescues from Fallowfield “47”, Monessen “81” and Bentleyville “11”. Crews worked to extricate the patient in to the care of Rostraver EMS and then structure stabilization. North Charleroi “22” and Stockdale “17” also provided manpower at the scene.
