Stockdale VFD receives PA DCNR 2023 Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant!

We are happy to announce that we are one of the recipients of the 2023 VFA Grants from the PA DCNR Forestry Bureau. The funds received will go towards the purchase of a new custom built skid unit for our brush truck, as well as outfitting all of our wild-land firefighters with new forest fire gear including shirts, pants, boots, and helmets.

We thank everyone who played a part in this grant, including the Bureau of Forestry, Division of Forest Fire Protection, & the Forbes Region fire district!
