Squad 17 is first out on Structure Fires & Fire Alarms. It's First Due in Stockdale, Allenport, & the surrounding areas for structure fires, automatic fire alarms, vehicle accidents,& electrical emergencies. The Squad is in rotation to Charleroi, North Charleroi, and Fallowfield Township when the Charleroi Fire District is activated.

Jet Ski 17 was a concept of our department after needing a quick response vehicle for medical incidents on the Monongahela River. This vehicle, along with its large engine, gives us a rapid deployment to get medically trained fire personnel onto the river and patient access quickly and safely as possible.

Drone 17 is the newest piece in our Drone fleet. Drone use in public safety is a fairly new concept, but it has tremendous uses. With this drone, we can use it for search and rescue, unmanned scene surveillance, brush fire surveillance, and many more. We can send in the drone to look at a hazmat scene without putting one of our firefighters in harms way.
