We have great news! Along with our annual hoagie sale fundraiser this Saturday, the gracious people at State Farm and NVFC (National Volunteer Fire Council) are coming to have a grant presentation to our department for the Inaugural "Good Neighbor" Grant. This was a nation wide grant opportunity available to only 100 fire departments. Our department was one of the 100 nationwide fire departments chosen to receive the grant! They will have several home safety items free to the public including smoke & C/O alarms, Fire Extinguishers, and many others! Come on out to the fire station this Saturday, get a hoagie, meet with state farm representatives & support our fire department as it receives an historic grant to purchase additional equipment to better serve our community!
